South East Aviation Services S.r.l. (SEAS), is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with a passion for the aeronautical industry. This role requires strong organization and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our CEO, taking care of his business agenda and providing administrative support with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing business agenda including logistics and documentation for work-related
  • Manage office tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
