Station and Hangar Support
SEAS – South East Aviation Services S.r.l. Engineering Services is currently seeking a Line and Hangar Support to join our BGY team.
The selected candidate will support the Station Supervisors (SS) in ensuring that all station and hangar activities comply with established standards and procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring base and hangar conditions, overseeing staff competencies (OJT, approvals, and authorizations), managing tools and equipment, and supporting personnel assessments in coordination with Quality Assurance and Planning.
The candidate will also supervise technical documentation in compliance with EASA Part 145. This includes maintaining accurate records and filing systems, monitoring document revisions, ensuring the use of up-to-date documentation, and supporting engineering and maintenance teams, as well as audit and documentation review activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across departments;
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to adapt to business specific software (AMOS knowledge is preferred)
- High level of adaptability in a dynamic operational environment;
