Administrative/Financial Assistant

South East Aviation Services S.r.l. (SEAS), is an aircraft maintenance engineering services company with 450+ employees supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Italy.

We are looking for a dynamic Admin Assistant who will provide high-level administrative and financial support to the Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative/financial support and assistance to the Management.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports and documents.
  • Schedule meetings, takes notes and records minutes.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records and ordering supplies.
  • Working on ad hoc projects.
  • Supporting Finance Department.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Italian (both written and verbal).
  • PC Skills (Adobe, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point etc).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to deal with swift changes and tight deadlines even under stressful situation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least one year of related experience required.
  • Financial background preferred but not essential.

Location & commitments:

Monday-Friday , 8.30 -17.30
Based in Grassobbio (BG)
