HR Assistant

South East Aviation Services S.r.l. (SEAS), is an aircraft maintenance engineering services company with 450+ employees supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Italy.

We are looking for a dynamic HR Assistant who, reporting to the HR Manager, will support the HR Team in their functions, from drafting contracts to manage resignations and all the
activities in between.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated candidate to kick start their HR career.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring employee attendance and absence.
  • Assisting selected candidates with the hiring process
  • Screening applicant’s background check.
  • Answering to employee queries on a daily basis.
  • Reporting to the HR Manager on all HR issues.
  • Maintain the HR databases to ensure all records and keep the HR system is up to dateaccurately.
  • Working on ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Italian (both written and verbal).
  • PC Skills (Adobe, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point etc).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to deal with swift changes and tight deadlines even under stressful situation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Location & commitments:

Monday-Friday , 8.30 -17.30
Based in Grassobbio (BG)
