Description
We are currently seeking to hire an ID Administrator to join a friendly and fast-paced ID.
Department operating in the Aviation Industry based in Bergamo, Italy.
Tasks
- Conducting background check for new recruits
- Dealing with many incoming emails and action promptly
- Data entry – maintaining Trainee data bases
- General facility management
- Attending School Introduction days in Dublin and all over Europe if required
- Providing administration support to ID Centre Manager and Head of Department

- Computer literate, proficient using Microsoft Suite
Considered to be a plus
- Previous office experience and understanding of office procedures and processes
- Previous airline experience
- Knowledge of additional European language
