Description

We are currently seeking to hire an ID Administrator to join a friendly and fast-paced ID.
Department operating in the Aviation Industry based in Bergamo, Italy.

Tasks

  • Conducting background check for new recruits
  • Dealing with many incoming emails and action promptly
  • Data entry – maintaining Trainee data bases
  • General facility management
  • Attending School Introduction days in Dublin and all over Europe if required
  • Providing administration support to ID Centre Manager and Head of Department

Considered to be a plus

  • Previous office experience and understanding of office procedures and processes
  • Previous airline experience
  • Knowledge of additional European language
